This solution is the talk of the food industry today. SEEN Technologie to speak at the Seminar for Specialists and Technologists of the Juice Industry
In just one week, Gdańsk will become the meeting place for key representatives of the fruit and vegetable processing industry. From May 13–15, 2026, the Hilton Hotel will host the Seminar for Specialists and Technologists of the Juice Industry – one of the most important events for the sector in Poland, organized by PGD in cooperation with Bucher Unipektin and AB Enzymes.
SEEN Technologie will also be among the participants and speakers.
On May 14, during an industry debate dedicated to the future of the sector, a representative of our Process Engineering Department will deliver a presentation entitled: “By-products in Fruit and Vegetable Processing as a Source of Energy and Process Water. ASOS® – Digital Transformation, Industry 4.0”.
During the presentation, we will demonstrate how modern technologies enable the transformation of by-products into a real source of value for production plants – from energy and process water recovery to improved operational efficiency and the achievement of sustainability goals. It will also be an opportunity to present ASOS® in more detail – a solution that has attracted significant interest among food industry representatives in recent months.
This year’s agenda includes numerous expert debates, technology presentations, and discussions on the future directions of the modern juice industry. For years, the PGD Seminar has remained a platform for exchanging knowledge, experience, and innovative ideas, bringing together producers, technologists, and suppliers of modern solutions for the food sector.
