Company history

1990

The establishment of SEEN Technologie

A multi-generational tradition of entrepreneurship in Rafał Lipiński’s family led to the decision to establish SEEN Technologie.

1992

The company expands its business profile to include consulting and engineering services

From this moment on, it specializes primarily in consulting and the supply of equipment, as well as, technologies for environmental protection, particularly those intended for water treatment processes.

1994

SEEN Technologie opens the design and consulting office in Gliwice

In response to the growing demand for comprehensive solutions, the company expands its market presence by opening a branch in Gliwice, known as the Design and Consulting Office. The scope of this branch’s competencies includes design, consulting, expertise, and the implementation of solutions, including the full management of advanced technological systems.

1997

SEEN Technologie opens offices in Ukraine and Belarus

The company undertakes comprehensive projects related to disinfection and coagulation processes, covering both the municipal water supply sector and advanced solutions for industrial enterprises.

2007

SEEN Technologie initiates the establishment of SEEN Holding Capital Group

SEEN Technologie initiated the formation of the SEEN Holding Capital Group by partnering with a key financial investor. The following companies became part of SEEN Holding:

2008

The company expands its operations to the wastewater treatment sector

It specializes in supplying equipment and systems. It also executes advanced projects for wastewater treatment plants and processes of thermal sludge disposal.

2010

SEEN Technologie expands its operations, entering new sectors and markets

As part of its growth, the Energy Division and the Waste Recycling Technology Division are established. SEEN Technologie completes two key water supply investments in Warsaw: the Central Waterworks Plant and the Northern Waterworks.

2011

SEEN Technologie enters the sludge management sector

This is a result of a strategic acquisition of relevant technological solutions.

2020

The company expands its organization by establishing the industrial wastewater treatment division

This division utilizes anaerobic technologies.

2023

SEEN Technologie wins the largest contract in the water and wastewater industry

SEEN Technologie, acting as the leader of the consortium, wins the largest contract in the water and wastewater industry, which involves the construction of a water treatment and a demineralization plant for water coming from Vistula River at the ORLEN production facility in Płock. The project is being carried out under the "design and build" formula, and its value is nearly 1.27 billion PLN net.
