Privacy Policy of SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. (hereinafter also referred to as the "Policy") is addressed to users of SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. websites (listed below and collectively referred to as the "Service"). The Policy describes the rules for processing personal data of users of SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. websites based in Warsaw.

GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC;

Service - the websites of the Company mentioned above in the table;

User - a natural person using the Company's services.

1. If you have contacted the Administrator, the data has been provided to us directly by you.
2. In the case of creating an account on the website, the data has been provided to us directly by you.
3. If your data has been transferred in connection with a matter by the person who referred that matter to the Administrator, the source of the data is that person. In this case, the Administrator receives identification, address, and matter-related data, such as the description of the matter.

The scope and purpose of collecting data by us depends on the User's activity on the Website.

• The contact form applies to the Services where such a contact form is available (i.e. on the website www.seentechnologie.pl). If a User wishes to contact us, for example, to ask questions about our offer, the User provides personal data marked in the form as mandatory. Providing other data is optional.
• Personal data is processed for:
  • identifying the User and responding to the question contained in the contact form, including complaints - the legal basis for processing is the User's consent;
  • potentially establishing, investigating, or defending against claims - the legal basis for processing is a legitimate interest consisting of protecting our rights;
  • analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis for processing is a legitimate interest, consisting of conducting analysis and statistics of issues reported by Users, including to improve the functioning of the Service or improve our offer.
• Redirecting to other external websites (e.g. social media, external websites of other entities). The Company's websites contain links to the Company's social media and other external websites, e.g. those used by the Company in the recruitment process. A User may move from a specific page of the Website being displayed to another page, as indicated in the previous sentence, by clicking on the link provided on that webpage. Upon clicking the link, the User will be directly redirected to the website to which the link leads, without the need to enter a separate website address in the web browser.

Regarding the processing of your personal data by SEEN Technologies, you have the following rights:

• the right to obtain confirmation of the processing of your personal data by SEEN Technologies, access to such data, and their copies;
• the right to request from the Administrator the rectification or correction of data - in the case of a request for data correction when you notice that the data is incorrect or incomplete;
• the right to request from the Administrator the erasure of data; the right to request from the Administrator the restriction of processing - for example, when you notice that the data is incorrect - you may request the restriction of processing of your data for a period allowing us to verify the accuracy of this data;
• the right to data portability if the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means;
• in the case of processing your data based on the legitimate interest of SEEN Technologies - the right to object to the processing of your personal data in connection with your particular situation;
• the right to withdraw consent to processing, if your consent is the legal basis for processing - this will not affect the lawfulness of processing activities carried out before consent was withdrawn;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the local data protection authority in the EU or the data protection authority in Poland (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), if you believe that we process personal data unlawfully.

Your personal data may be disclosed to the following categories of recipients:

• entities processing data on behalf of SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o., such as IT service providers, marketing agencies, courier companies, other companies within the SEEN Holding group, etc., who process your personal data based on the appropriate agreement with SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o.;
• public authorities, in situations defined by law;
• in other cases, personal data may be disclosed to entities authorized only based on legal provisions.

If we transfer your personal data to recipients outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA), this only happens if the European Commission has confirmed an adequate level of data protection for that third country, appropriate safeguards have been ensured (e.g., through standard data protection clauses or binding corporate rules approved by the relevant supervisory authority), or if we have obtained your consent for it.

SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. processes your personal data in connection with your use of the Company's websites (Service) until there is a legal basis for their processing, i.e. in the case of processing your data based on:

• consent - until its withdrawal, which you can do at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal;
• for the purpose of providing a response or handling complaints and/or other inquiries - until a response is provided or complaints and/or inquiries are handled;
• for the purpose of retaining evidence for defense against potential claims - until the expiration of such claims;
• for statistical analysis of user activity - until an objection is raised;
• compliance with applicable laws - for the period specified in the relevant regulations;
• until a successful objection is made regarding the processing of personal data;
• until a successful request for data erasure is made.

The only profiling activity that may occur on our websites is related to monitoring user actions through cookies from services such as Google, for example Google Analytics, which we use to embed content on our pages. This data is not used or processed by us in any way and serves only as statistics for website visits or reactions to sponsored content on Google search and online advertisements. Since we do not make any decisions or assessments based on this data, and the user consents separately to the use of cookies, there is no profiling process that would require separate consent.
