After a thorough analysis of the submitted application, we contact selected candidates who meet our requirements. At every stage of the recruitment process, we comply with the provisions of the GDPR.
If your CV catches our interest, we will contact you by phone and invite you to the next stage of the recruitment process, which will be a meeting with a representative from the HR department.
The interview with an HR representative and the potential supervisor is the next step and often the final one in the recruitment process. It’s a great opportunity to get to know your potential manager and ask detailed questions about the proposed position. We conduct interviews with candidates either online or at our main office in Warsaw.
The recruitment process at SEEN Technologie lasts a maximum of 4 weeks. After making a recruitment decision, the HR department presents the selected candidate with a job offer in the form of a Letter of Intent.
