We have completed the modernization and expansion of the anaerobic-aerobic sewage treatment plant for Maspex Group in Tymbark.

13 January 2025

We have completed the modernization and expansion of the anaerobic-aerobic wastewater treatment plant at the production site of Tymbark company in Tymbark, belonging to the Maspex Group.

The implementation of the investment was necessary due to the need to increase the capacity of the treatment plant, resulting from both the growing production capacities of the plant and the changing characteristics of the wastewater. An additional goal was to optimize the operation of the treatment plant by implementing a higher level of process automation, providing greater operational flexibility - particularly important given the variability in the quality and quantity of wastewater characteristic of this type of production, including seasonal fluctuations. The modernized treatment plant ensures a high level of process safety in purification and stable achievement of the highest quality of treated wastewater, which is directed to the recipient.

The implementation of this project is the result of effective cooperation with the Investor and the use of proven and advanced technologies. The modernized wastewater treatment plant is a comprehensive and efficient solution that not only increases capacity, but also introduces process automation, ensuring full operational flexibility.

The investment has been recognized by the Maspex Group for the quality and timeliness of execution, as well as for the refinement at the process and technical levels, from construction works to integration with existing infrastructure. The task was completed at a very fast pace - in just 6.5 months.

The scope of the contract included preparation of project documentation, obtaining a building permit, carrying out construction works, delivery and installation of specialist equipment, as well as commissioning of the installation and handing it over for use.

The wastewater treatment plant is characterized by a maximum capacity of 4,000 cubic meters per day and the ability to handle COD loads exceeding 17 tons per day.

The project was carried out on a "turnkey" basis.

This is another investment carried out by SEEN Technologie for the Maspex Group, preceded by equally successful projects at production facilities in Łowicz and Wąsosz.
