The SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. consortium, together with ATREM S.A., secures the largest contract in the water and wastewater industry for the production plant of ORLEN S.A. in Płock.

SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. (Leader), in a consortium with ATREM S.A., sign the largest contract in the industry to build a water treatment and demineralization station for ORLEN S.A. The current investment of ORLEN will be located in the production plant in Płock to support development projects, ensuring the highest quality process water for production infrastructure needs and environmental protection.

The water demineralization station, based on membrane technologies and electrodeionization system, will be the largest installation of its kind in Poland, using the most advanced technical solutions to meet the stringent environmental requirements of the European Union

The SEEN Technologie Sp. z o.o. consortium, together with ATREM S.A., secures the largest contract in the water and wastewater industry for the production plant of ORLEN S.A. in Płock.

The whole work will cover the construction of 4 main technical facilities / technological nodes:

Preliminary water treatment and decarbonization node with a capacity of over Q=5300m3/h, implemented using coagulation-sedimentation and decarbonization multi-chamber reactors as well as sand filtration,
Water demineralization station with a capacity of Q=700m3/h, where desalination processes such as ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization will be applied.
Condensate treatment station - modernization and expansion (SUK) using ion exchange technology with a capacity of Q=1200m3/h
Sewage sludge dewatering node for decarbonized and coagulated sludge using chamber presses.

The value of the Investment realization in the design and build system is close to 1.27 billion Polish zlotys net.
