Safety. No room for illusions here.
We are beginning the celebration of the 12th Safety Week - a time when the entire construction industry stops for a moment to remember that the most important foundation of any investment is people. This year we decided to approach the topic a little differently. Instead of an intensive week of field activities, we chose a longer, more staggered format that provides space for reflection, dialogue and sustained engagement.
10 weeks, 10 topics, 1 common goal
A series of ten original publications on occupational safety has just been launched on our intranet. Each of them addresses a different important aspect - from daily habits, to individual responsibility, to shaping organizational culture.
This isn't just content to read - it's an invitation to discussion. We encourage our team to comment, share experiences, share posts and build knowledge together - week after week. Because security is a daily choice we make together.
The culmination of the entire series will be a knowledge quiz.
This is not only a test, but also a symbolic summary of our journey together, the finale of which we have scheduled for mid-July.
We believe that a culture of safety is not created in one day. It requires time, consistency and real commitment. That is why we are testing a new formula - and if it is well received, we are eager to make it a new tradition.
For us, Safety Week is not just an annual event.
It is part of a larger process in which safety is not an obligation, but a shared value.
