We are implementing the innovative BIOPAQ®RISE technology at a food industry leader!

At SEEN Technologie, we consistently implement modern technologies in ongoing projects. Currently, we are intensifying activities at the modernization of an industrial wastewater treatment plant at the site of one of the largest production facilities belonging to a leading representative of the food industry.

A key element of the project is the implementation of BIOPAQ®RISE technology - an innovative anaerobic wastewater treatment system that combines high efficiency with flexibility of adaptation to the existing infrastructure.

By relocating the three-phase biomass separators, the so-called setlers, outside the reactor, it is possible to operate and service it without interrupting the operation of the entire plant. This is a real time-saver and a significant increase in efficiency. The system provides exceptionally high process stability due to the effective retention of biomass outside the bioreactor, thus maintaining continuous operation even under varying operating conditions.

Its design allows it to operate with a high organic load, which in practice translates into a reduction in the area required for effective wastewater treatment. Modular construction using prefabricated components significantly reduces installation time and simplifies upgrades to existing infrastructure. At the same time, the plant's non-stop operation - achieved by relocating service components outside the reactor chamber - minimizes the risk of process downtime.
