Expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant on a turnkey basis for the Mlekovita Group in Wysokie Mazowieckie
The expansion of the existing wastewater treatment plant involved the implementation of a range of highly efficient and modern technologies tailored to the dairy sector, transforming the facility into a profitable biorefinery. The plant treats wastewater with a load equivalent to 350,000 PE, Population Equivalents.
The biogas production reaches an impressive number of 5,146,500 m3 per year, enabling the generation of 12.5 GWh of electricity annually. With the plant's energy demand at 5.6 GWh, an additional 6.8 GWh remains available for use within the facility. Furthermore, the installation produces 12.0 Gcal of thermal energy per year, of which 4.4 Gcal is used in the powdered milk plant, thanks to the steam generator.
The project was executed on a turnkey basis.
