Construction of the Vistula Water Treatment and Demineralization Station at the ORLEN production plant in Płock.

Investor
ORLEN S.A.
Location
Płock
Scope of Works

The scope of works involves the construction of four technical facilities/technological nodes, namely:

  • Preliminary water treatment and decarbonization node with a capacity of over Q=5300m3/h, implemented using coagulation-sedimentation and decarbonization multi-chamber reactors as well as sand filtration.
  • Water demineralization station with a capacity of Q=700m3/h, where desalination processes will include ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and electrodeionization.
  • Condensate treatment station - modernization and expansion (SUK) utilizing ion exchange technology with a capacity of Q=1200m3/h.
  • Sediment dewatering node for decarbonized and coagulated sludge using chamber presses.

The project is being executed under the "design and build" formula. Its net value is close to 1.27 billion Polish zlotys.
