Expansion and modernization of the existing sewage treatment plant of the Flue Gas Desulfurization Installation at the Połaniec Power Plant, in order to meet the requirements resulting from the BAT Conclusions

The scope of the Contract included the expansion and modernization of the existing wastewater treatment plant, on a "turnkey" basis, as well as making all necessary connections to the existing technological systems, modification of existing technological systems, and removal of collisions with structures, installations, and devices in a way that allows for the continuous operation of existing installations in the building of IOS absorbers, enabling their current operation.

The scope of work included the modernization of the wastewater treatment plant with IOS in the following scope:

• Oxidation node;
• Buffer tank;
• Reaction tank;
• Lamella settlers;
• Filtration node;
• Preparing the junction for the ion exchange sorption node;
• Sludge dewatering node.
